Timbuktu problem connecting 407 UDP

The 407 UDP port that I setup on my Kemp 2500 is showing a down status. The firewall is a Sonicwall and has port 407 TCP and UDP ports open. Is the Load balancer blocking the 407 UDP port for some reason?
